How we select products

We start from a small practical problem — a desk that will not stay tidy, a charger that gets lost in a bag, paperwork with nowhere to live — and look for a product that solves it and lasts. A product is only listed when we can state its name, materials, dimensions, what is included, its price, its stock status, its dispatch estimate and its return terms. If any of that is missing, it stays off the site.

How the day runs

Orders placed before 13:00 GST are picked, checked and packed the same working day at our Shams Business Center office; anything later goes out the next morning. Parcels are handed to our courier partner with a tracking link emailed to you, and the same two people who pack the boxes answer the phone. It is a small operation, which is why the range is short and the answers are specific.

Sourcing

Product sourcing and availability are managed through approved suppliers and are confirmed product by product. We do not publish supplier claims we cannot substantiate. Samples are used in the office for several weeks before an order is placed, and the parts that usually fail first — zips, coatings, lids, stitching, ribbon markers — are the parts we check hardest.

What we will not do

• List an item we do not physically hold. Everything on the shop page is in our own stock in Sharjah.
• Publish a delivery time we have not achieved, or a discount invented to make a full price look better.
• Use review scores, countdown timers or stock scarcity messages that are not true.

Customer support

Support is handled directly by our team by email and telephone. When ordering opens, the same contact details will handle order questions, address changes, cancellations, returns and refunds, under terms published before you buy.
