1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by MINUTES MAIL LLC, a company registered in Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, at 411 Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@minutesmail.online, +971 58 849 4169.

2. Ordering and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we accept your order. We reserve the right to decline an order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment issues or suspected misuse.

3. Prices, currency and payment

Prices are in AED. Prices include UAE VAT at 5%. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Cash on delivery. Card payments are processed by our UAE payment gateway. Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders and may require a phone confirmation before dispatch.

4. Delivery

We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. AED 20 flat rate across the UAE. Free delivery on orders of AED 250 and above. Orders are checked and packed within 1 working day. 1 to 2 working days in Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman; 2 to 4 working days elsewhere in the UAE. Deliveries are made by our appointed UAE courier partner. Two delivery attempts are made; after that the parcel is held for 3 days and then returned to us.

5. Cancellations

Cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned under the returns policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Return requests accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and with all included parts. Personalised items and opened gift sets cannot be returned. We collect and pay return shipping for faulty or incorrect items; customers pay AED 20 for change-of-mind returns. Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the return being received.

7. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only, and must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or misuse the contact forms or checkout for bulk or automated messaging.

8. Information accuracy

We publish only information we have confirmed. We update product details, prices and delivery information as they change. Information may change as the business expands or adjusts its range.

9. Intellectual property

The MINUTES MAIL name, the website design and its content belong to MINUTES MAIL LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website's general information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including for defective products or non-delivery.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of Sharjah Media City Free Zone.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services, partners or legal obligations change. The latest version is always published here, with the effective date at the top of the page.
