Delivery regions
all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates
Order-processing time
Orders are checked and packed within 1 working day
Dispatch timing
Dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of order confirmation
Delivery estimates
1 to 2 working days in Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman; 2 to 4 working days elsewhere in the UAE
Delivery fees
AED 20 flat rate across the UAE
Free-delivery threshold
Free delivery on orders of AED 250 and above
Delivery partners
Delivered by our appointed UAE courier partner
Changing a delivery address
Address changes can be made by email before the order is dispatched
Failed deliveries
Two delivery attempts are made; after that the parcel is held for 3 days and then returned to us
Cancellation window
Cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, before dispatch
Return-request period
Return requests accepted within 14 days of delivery
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging and with all included parts
Excluded items
Personalised items and opened gift sets cannot be returned
Return shipping
We collect and pay return shipping for faulty or incorrect items; customers pay AED 20 for change-of-mind returns
Refund processing target
Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the return being received
